Mr. Applefield is a co-founder of Applefield Waxman and director of its brokerage operations.  He has over twenty years of experience in the South and Central Florida commercial markets and specializes in industrial, office and investment sales. Mr. Applefield is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a founding member and past President of the Realtors Commercial Society of Palm Beach County.  He serves on the Board of Directors of the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County and the Palm Beach County Commission on Affordable Housing.  He chairs the Palm Beach County Industrial Revenue Bond Committee and co-chairs the Annual Giving and Corporate Sponsor Committees of the Palm Beach Day Academy.  Mr. Applefield, his wife and children reside in West Palm Beach, Florida.

He is a transactional attorney and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).  He is a member of the Palm Beach County Land Development Regulation Advisory Board, the Economic Council of Palm Beach County, the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County, the West Palm Beach Downtown Development Authority and the Northern Regional Board of Directors of Lydian Bank & Trust.  He also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Loggerhead Marinelife Center and The Benjamin School.  Mr. Waxman, his wife and children reside in Jupiter, Florida.
